So going by this years park map, the Veteran Cars are going to be receiving a safari theme. The map shows various animals dotted around the ride, with the ride cars donning a safari style theme. It's great that the Veteran Cars are finally going to receive a set 'theme', as oppose to random classic car/s...

I noticed the other day that all the rides now have new signs at their entrances. A massive improvement on the previous ride signs I must say. But on a few of them, they stated "Fast track is not available on this attraction".... Yet the signs that didn't have that, didn't have anything else t...

Just want to hear your opinions on a possible movement or retheme of JR.

So this coming winter will be the first for the new manager where he can implement any changes or additions. I for one am very interested to see what he does and where he will take the park. So what do you reckon we'll see, and what do you hope to see?

I thought it would be interesting to hear what the people of this forum would like to see at the park in the next few years? The investments can be as big or small as you like! 2010 Enigma rethemed to a wild west ride. Renamed Cannonball Express Rapids Ride brought. Themed in a jungle 2010 Rattlesnake give...

So, as we all know, this years new addition to the ride line up was the controversial Hyper Drive Dodgems. Now to cut it short, I'm just going to say it - in my opinion, Hyper Drive is/was the single worst investment the park has ever made. And it's a massive shame really, given that the investments made in...

The good people at Pleasurewood Hills have provided Unofficial Pleasurewood with a digital version of the early 2015 park leaflet. The leaflet was design in the UK and the cover was designed by Looping's lead designer in France. This is the first leaflet for 2015. There will be another which will in...

As a starting point of discussion, I was thinking of the 'new' log flume. I'm really hoping that we can get a decent re-theme and a possible location change. The current 'theme', if you want to call it that is just dire Let's hope there is something to be made of it.

An £18m refurbishment has taken place with some of the original rides being restored. The star attraction Grade II-listed scenic railway, which was damaged in arson attacks in 2008, has been returned to its former glory. In its prime the park was a 16-acre site that held a zoo, miniature railway, ba...

So, now that Marble Madness is up and running, are you glad they made the decision to purchase it, over Knightmare? They have done a nice job of it, but it is a bit bland. If they could have done a similar job to Knightmare, then in my opinion, they could have been onto a real winner. My vote has to go to Knight...

I'm reliably informed that this season will see a strong emphasis on family fun, something which they plan to reflect in their posters, leaflets and map. I have heard somewhere that Pleasurewood Hills has a blanket ride close policy - meaning that at the park closing time, everyone gets sent out of the queue regardless of how long they have been waiting. I am planning a visit to the park this year, so can anyone confirm whether this is the case at the park?...
