Went there on Monday. It looks like all that is missing is the middle belt on the lift hill. Looks pretty good though. You can see some of the old parts of the ride by the entrance to Enigma.

lol, that belt has been missing from there for weeks , you can see its missing from the photos i took a few weeks ago.
still quite a bit missing no motors fitted to any of the belts ,also the station not finished cant see it being operating for a week or so if that.
There was about five pieces of the ride by Enigma.
Also there was a lot of dirt over by the entrance to the sea lion show to the right of Wizzy Dizzy. By the way I thoroughly enjoyed the sea lion show with the nice South African sounding woman.
There was a really nice girl running the show last year. I must say that the Sea Lions are really great - a lot of fun to watch especially on a scorching day!
Yes the Sea Lion show is a must do at Pleasurewood. Everyone says about how good they, it is the best Sea Lion show I have seen. And that South African girl has been doint for years now!

I only asked as I was wondering if the whole ride was replaced, but obviously not. And aren't you going to be the first member to do a trip report in the new "My Visits" section?? :)

there is only a little area being dug , all the rest is just piles of earth put onto the concrete by the look of things a que line is going down the right side of the ride, then metal steps up to the left onto a platform that looks like it goes to the right onto the loading area.
(next weekend): Prehaps they will try to get it finished by next weekend (weekend after next weekend): Prehaps next weekend they will try to get it finished (weekend after that): Rumour has it will be open next weekend

and so on
and the point of your post is?????
i see the ride each day so would like to think that i could tell how well the ride is getting on, ie everything is now in place, pretty obvious that if there are things missing like belts ect it wont be opening anytime soon as i stated early in this thread, but now everything is in place , belts are on motors are in place so it could well be this weekend especially as its a bank holiday weekend. the ride looks ready to be open more than the construction site it looked like a few weeks ago.
I dont think he was getting at you personally, just more of a little 'dig' at Pleasurewood.
certainly seemed aimed at a reply of my comment of "Maybe they are hoping for it to be up n running for next weekend"
All i can say is ,Pleasurewood has no reason not to open the ride as soon as its ready to be opened , as that would stop the constant questions we get badgered with as "when is the logflume going to open"
Right, now this "major" event has taken place at Pleasurewood, what's next on the agenda, because now it's open it pretty much concludes this topic, reviews ould be pointless, as the ride experience probably hasn't changed. Comon Pleasurewood, gives us more Pleasurewood Thrills!
not many people on the ride today,Boats are the same old boats as before. apparently 1st reports in the ride say you get alot wetter on this ride than you did before, even on the smaller drop , i cant comment any further on this as i have never been on this ride before the makeover or after the makeover so perhaps anyone going in the next few weeks who have been on the ride before can give a general trip report on the ride.
Thanks Datman! Great photos. Apart from the colour which is the obvious change I notice that the have removed the tarp from above the queueline and part of the ride. It looks good, nice and clean. I think it would look nicer if they had maybe made up some scenery or something for the queueline just to add something as it is quite bare.
Definatly an improvment, I think it's another step up of being a better managed theme park so bigger improvments can be made, they are still touching the park up after it's years of abuse.
