The park have said on the FB page "I wonder what woody will get for xmas" or something similar. Potentially implying that we'll get a new ride?

^^^^ yay

Wanted to post this in 2014 section.... some new gates/fencing have gone up at the old entrance site unless I need glasses, looks much better. Saw them on a run earlier today and I did notice it looked different a few weeks back to be fair.

Maybe Woody's been extra good this year and will get that Knightmare coaster he should have got last year ;)
A little elf told me the Enterprise is back ;) ;) ;) or I might have made that up :P

If Pleasurewood Hills get Knightmare, I would eat my own hat...

Funny you should mention the enterprise.... We have to remember that its almost certain TTT will be removed over winter so it does leave the space open.... knightmare would be good yet where would it ever go ?

Knightmare would take over the go-kart site.
One can only dream :D But I'm sure what they decided to do will be great.
Be nice if they sorted out some of the current ride... Maybe Enigma will get that second train.

The sad thing is we'll never find out anything now. Whether it be new rides, refurbishments or even relocations and landscaping. :(

I am guessing TTT will go yes as it has been SBNO for two seasons now...and I have no idea why yet cant get a enterprise out of my head....

I wish you would!lol

Enterprises are dated. 4 years ago an Enterprise would have been a good addition, but not now.

Nah, if TTT is to be replaced, it needs to be a more modern ride.

Don't care if it's modern or not, a good ride that's fun is a good ride that's fun.
It's like complaining about a film that's black and white or a song that came out before you were born.. ridicules reasons not to want/like something.

Bring back the Roller, :O

Having an opinion on a song/film is a bit different to running a theme park.

The point is if a particular ride is good it'll always be good, and while there is a difference in what the park needs and what the public want the public are the pay masters, and if classic rides get them into the park then so be it.

I only bring the Enterprise up because I know it'll never return.

I just can't imagine an Enterprise bringing guests through the gates.

There's a reason you don't really see them being added to parks anymore. AND why they're not made anymore...

Yea lets get something old and obsolete we can't repair when it breaks.... oh wait.... we did that already.... Something fresh, modern, and different is all we need. Don't want the place looking like GYPB do we ;)

Once upon a time they were pretty thrilling but these days there's so much more on offer. Plus if they don't even make them anymore then we are back to TTT's issues!

Only have to look to Towers for why not to get an Enterprise...

Ancient thing plodding along nicely - then a couple of years ago they pull it apart to give it a fix up and repair and it makes it a tempramental little mare!

have noticed on the opening times from the main website that the park appears to close for the season in September 2015 - no showing of any dates for the Halloween half term.........

Also seems odd that the park reopens on Wednesday 1st April...

Yes...perhaps a mistake...to open just a few days before Easter is odd...its usually the week before....Merlin are from 21st March.... I will take a hunch that it's a glitch on the site.

From PWH.com about The Tide Traveller

"Travel far and wide and even back in time on the Tide Traveller. Climb into your tide travel capsule and travel backwards, forwards, up, down and even upside down and see where it shall take you. From the watery depths of Atlantis to undiscovered islands hidden in the Caribbean, you’ll get a first class ticket to travel the tide through time. But don’t worry it’s not a one-way ticket, we make sure you get back to the park."

Talk about a misleading description! I know they gotta make the ride sound good but what the hell is that Atlantis stuff about! Maybe because it never works they just decided to make it sound amazing because no-one will ever know!

It just seems odd to open midway through a week when the schools are out. So for the first 4 days of the Easter hols, the park will be closed!

And that description is amazing! Love it!

I noticed that the ticket prices have remained the same for the 2015, BUT, there's some small print:

"*These prices are subject to change throughout 2015"

Could potentially hint a new ride opening midseason?
