the way it looks like all those pieces just slot onto something I wouldn't have thought its anything with massive movement, probably a giant helter skelter lol yay

I've looked at a few pictures of Waltzers and none remotely resemble those parts so it's unlikely in my opinion.

I definitely think it's some kind of circular ride though. Going the numbers, there's at least 30 of them pieces.

They all appear to have rubber "shock" mounts too...

Yeah it's not a Waltzer, but i don't care how old something is, if it's awesome it'll always remain awesome other wise id be missing out of some the best things in life.

You couldn't really see anything from the old entrance anyway, due to all the tress and bush's, other than getting a slight view of the maintenance yard.. lol

Just remembered today about the plans to relocate Fireball next to Wipeout, I wonder if that's still going ahead?

I hope not.

Nah, they wont move it, re-paint it or anything.
It'll probably remain plonked on the ground till it's time for the scrap yard to take it.

I don't think it should be moved - that area needed it

£204 for a family of 3 is insane. That's a saving of just £21 compared to 3 individual passes.

Come on PWH, make it worth while!

Can't find the parts pictured anywhere on that coaster though, wishful thinking I guess.

Even if it's not quite the same ride, its very similar. I hope it's something more unique than that!

Yeah it is a bigger Moby Dick. These are a lot faster though.

Anyway, I just meant something like that, because of all the similar steel beams.

If a version adult can ride then I guess that's ok, but I still don't think we'll guess what it is.
It would in interesting to know where this heap of metal came from lol

Unfortunately, the only vibe I'm getting from that, is that it is old.

Well the investments of late have been really good and have helped the park move with the times. I really don't want to see them start taking steps back.

Looks like coaster track for a small kiddy coaster to me.

Nah that's not coaster track Josh. Framework or railings or similar is my guess.

You sure. Just a bit weird to be curved?

The ride I pictured above would have a curved platform.

I don't see the park taking a step back, I see them having a quiet financial seasons after the big spending of previous years, no point buying stuff for the sake of it, and it might means something top class again for next year.

We don't know what else they're currently doing on the park, for all we know Fireball might have been moved and themed as mentioned last year.

I think this will be a kids coaster.

Early morning bike ride this morning and I took the latest snaps of the new relief road works which are due to be completed in just over a month.

Also took the new signage for the hills that has gone up, the large brown one is just after Rackhams Corner and the owl lodge ( who now hold signs out to say no to the truckers hooting ) the other roundabout sign was taken on the new roundabout built at the end of Corton Long Lane - what a difference this junction would have been had it always been a roundabout for the 80s and early 90s traffic of the hills before the new entrance opened in 1993 .

The one on the Tesco/Harvester roundabout has been removed and a new one is due up any day soon as the poles are in. The one on the Tesco petrol garage roundabout remains as was ( after I turned it round last year as it had been blown around ! )
