Jolly Roger Theming

Just want to hear your opinions on a possible movement or retheme of JR.

Been on most peoples to do list since it was introduced, but it'll probably remain 'plonked' for a few more years.
Just like Fireball.

Get rid of those boards surrounding the ride platform for a start...

If it's going to keep the pirate theme, i think it would look good with a ship built around it.

It's in that area where the old mega drop was and it's right next to the old pirate ship so maybe they should theme up the whole area.

Wasn't the original plan for it to be like the mast of a crashed ship - with some kind of ship theming around it? Obviously that never happened lol.

They won't move it either, as they'll most probably need to get planning permission for it.

I forget the height of things that they don't need permission for. Its still on the best site in the park as you can see when you drive in

Yeah it should be moved somewhere better, it's not really the ideal place for it. Should be where Woody's flying School is, a proper home, fully themed.. it would look fantastic. Bit of an eye sore currently, They shouldn't have moved TTT.

But that site tends to be an easy access dumping ground to plonk rides on when needed.. just a pity it's been there all this time.

Yes behind the driving school would look great! If any ride should be hidden away it should be TTT, at least until its working properly.

I wish the owners were clever and rather than spending money on boring, pointless rides *cough* Hyperdrive Dodgems *cough*, they would have invested in re-theming fantastic rides that could be made so much better (mainly TTT, Fireball, Rattlesnake, JR and especially Enigma which we were promised a good re-theme back in 09' and we still haven't got the second bloody train!) Even doing up the old Dodgems to look like the hyperdrive ones would've been a big step.

I mean I love the park so much, but god do they make some bad choices.

Yeah, two dodgems was stupid, as you say the could have just fixed the olds ones.
Even if Enigma doesn't get sorted it should at least have a second train on the track, id thought that would be a main priority along with getting TTT running.

They seem to do things the long way round, the hard way and never really finish a job. It's very frustrating.
Even the Pony trail theming was never finished.

I don't think we'll see TTT running properly ever again. IMO I'd rather see it be removed and replaced with a working ride

I doubt they'll ever fix TTT, its a good ride, but right now I'd rather they'd just replace it.
