Now that its 2019, what could be in store for us this year?

- TTT to be brought back or replaced with a new flat?

- Rattlesnake to be reborn?

 

Only time will tell!

Well as for new rides i doubt they'll consider or buy anything (if they do) till next year which is how it tends to unfold.. but it would be nice if they told everything what their future plans are, keep the public in the loop and you keep the public interested and on your side.. maybe the new GM will be more open.

Will they ever open the indoor play barn out of season as intended?

I cant see that indoor play barn or the late licence they got for tonys and assumingly the castle bar ever taking off. Even if they did try it.

Big amounts of maintenance are being done on the pirate ship! It's about time!

They are being very open about maintained this year...

I think maybe they're big on maintenance blogs as all the other parks have been and many have been voicing concerns over safety there. Not sure why

Big News! We have a new ride in 2019! Confirmed on the FB page! No details yet, but something is better than nothing!

 

(as long as they aren't bumper cars)

Good news... but hopefully it's not the only one. I hope it's not a replacement for the pirate ship but i guess it could be, that thing is so old and past it's sell by date i wouldn't be surprised if it's removed this year.

The new GM couldn’t start till December but he applied with Noble however noble got it over him because he could start straight away

I don't think the Pirate ship is being removed, they're being very delicate with it. Yes it is old, but these types of rides are very popular still.

And a new ride too..... although I disapprove of the "new ride" slogan, it makes it sound like plans aren't finalised yet....lol

Still, it's looking like a good start to 2019 already.

I think the best we can hope for is a new flat to replace TTT which will be a mid thrill type I guess, yet we can still do with another one or two !

Well, if only PWH currently had owners who were willing to plough millions into the park.... Coz the golf course next door is soon to be closing down!

What a fantastic opportunity it would be to expand the park....

They can barely fill up the space they've got, with the bottom half empty and what is there not opening till noon. If the park could sell out most of the season they probably would invest more but as nobody goes it's very risky. But i dunno how deep their pockets are are they might be able to buy more land, fill it rides and barely notice the dent in finance i don't know. Would be amazing if they did and put PHW back on the map and something for tourists, locals and theme park buffs to want to visit.
