I know they have timed dispatches and things but I went on this today when the train, queue and station were empty of guests. 4 of us got on as the two ops sat perched on the train chatting, we pulled our restraints down and sat there for a good 4-5 mins while the ops continued chatting until a few more people came on.
Would have been nice to get some acknowledgement as we entered the station or to tell us why we were say there waiting. Doesn't look great for people to see ops just sitting on the ride chatting while you have paying guests wondering why they can't going whilst they're sat in uncomfortable restraints :/
In the past when it's been empty the ride ops stopped me at the gate and told me that I'd have to wait for more people to arrive before letting us on which was the right way to go about it.
Yeah the yellow ones were a but worse for wear. I'm glad the park is looking at these little touches around the park. Really helps polish things off. Hopefully this attention to details continues.
Didn't they get the newer Vekoma train from speed of sound at Walibi Belgium? And I could have sworn I read something about the arrow train getting refurbished as well, an article or something last year, just can't remember what it was called......
If it was sent for refurbishment, maybe they sold it or something?
I haven't been since June but it hasn't been an issue at all this year and wasn't last year as far as I was aware. In fact 2015 was the last time I remember roped off seats and that was only back row one or twice (and I went to PWH a hell of a lot that year).
It remains to be an issue still (was when I went in June and happened a lot last year as well), the issue being the photo's not lining up with the rows properly (if that's what you mean). Was that really why they roped rows off? Don't see why they couldn't just have said to people that ORP's from those rows wouldn't come out properly.

They'd rather shut the rows off than risk a customer not buying their ORP due to a dodgy quality photo. Makes sense to make the most money out of the ORP as possible!
all they need to do is just paint the cars that don't photograph and let people know they're non photo seats.. or something.
I doubt people would mind.. . Or better yet.. fix the camera if that's is the issue.

Yeah all rows are now used, and finally the ORP is now in a decent location, between the loop and the second lift, and it actually takes the photo as you're going backwards!
I'm so glad they sorted all of this, as it used to really bug me...haha
