Those go-karts take up so much valuable space, that section is shot to pieces, plus they look horrid and I don't think it fits the style of the park. It's too late now but that aria would have made an awesome 'kiddie zone' and being right next to the main street it seems a waste having the go karts take up and space. (a coaster could fit in in their I think) ;)

^^^^ totally agree with the karts - others strongly like them here - to me they look awful and the whole area looks run down...when you use to walk through fort fun into the area that once housed the waltzer, pizza gaff, fort, sky screamer, grandma gradys waffle/bakery house it was so much more of a area.
I am sure the death slide could go back where it was
I personally felt that the Waltzer and Sky Screamer period was a poor one. The area became a little confused.
Before they moved those rides in, the area had a very American flavour and was largely play equipment... The death slide, fort fun adventure playground, indoor fun factory, Hillbilly Moonshine, food and shops. It was a nice enclosed section, with a fairly clear theme and style.
lol They're a real pain, and I would imagine a healthy cost to the park, lots of mantinence and they're usually the cause of accidents in the park. I know i'm in the minority but I believe their the worse thing to happen to the park in terms of attractions. Just my opinion.

Near the castle and lake perhaps. There seems to be lots of old theming dumped in the forest. Like the many animals originally in the miniature golf and then the Veteran cars for a few years. It looks like a graveyard for old props and theming.
