A new picture has gone up on Facebook about 2018, annoyingly though it just mentions the new show, nothing else.
What's going on with the indoor play area?
And the lack of new ride being mentioned is worrying. Whilst they may not have anything confirmed, if you've had confirmation that you can have the funds for a new ride, surely you'll start promoting that regardless of any purchases being made?
Given the awesome improvements around the park in 2017, I'd be gobsmacked if they left TTT as a concrete pad and Rattlesnake SBNO.
Here's a worrying thought, they could dump Fireball on where TTT was and close off that bottom end of the park...
does anyone know for sure funds have been placed ? its hopefull we will get something which obviously would be a flat.
was always the plan to close that end off im sure at various points. Wipeout whilst mosat needed did kind of cut the end of that park off due to the original walkway going
good point about fireball, they did plan of closing it off a few years ago.. but as they've got new boats the lake and recently moved the playground i not sure they'll do that now/yet.
Well last year they announced no new rides and at the last minute have Hobs a re-theme i'm sure something is on it's way for next year. it may all depends on how successful Christmas has been.
Odd about the indoor playground, should have opened September as advertised.
I also hope for something do be done where the old playground use to be.
But the park is known for not getting ready for the new season till the new year, they often leave things to the last minute.

Would it be too late now to hope for something fairly significant (like a tide traveller replacement or some other flat ride?). I am unsure of how long such rides take to construct but I assume the needed time would be relatively short including testing and so on in comparison to roller coasters (I'll stop talking like a actually know what I'm on about now).
if its a flat then it should be put up and go depending on trailer model/electrics etc and what it is. Lets hope santa delivered something yet who knows
Waveney advertiser page 2, 12/1/17. Features an article on the success of the Xmas 2017 at pwh and confirms its return for 2018. No mention of any new rides only the soft play area. Good picture too. Also page 8 another article on the he parks latest sponsorship of a local kids business
It's all promising really. It's good to hear that Christmas event was a success and that it'll return - extra income for the park. And it shows the manager likes to take gambles.
He made good changes/improvements last year, let's hope it continues this year. Although I can't help but feel that "new ride" is always a good way to make an impact.
I think the future could be bright with this guy in charge, so long as he sticks around for more than a season or two!
I think they need more than a new ride and a play zone and a Christmas event to get things back on track considering the many rides they have lost and not replaced in the past 2 years. but it's a start.
Always hope things will get better, but they always role backwards, like not looking after what they've got!

The one i saw on facebook said they have two train but only one can be used at a time, or words to that effect.
It really is poor, they've not one of their most popular coasters which had a healthy capacity, so it's even more important to get at least two trains on the cannonball.. it's shocking they wont do it.
So this years we should be getting at least one ride, the indoor play aria and a summer show in the theatre, plus the new pizza shop will remain.
Also didn't they need to sort the lake out? i'm sure a few reviews last year mentioned it was in a state.
Be good to see if there's any improvements on Target Trail, and MM running properly. It's always exciting seeing what the new season will bring.

Tonys staying open till 7 is great, maybe it should be later. No good closing before then, nobody eats that's early.
I remember the Cannonball running three trains, one would be loading, while the other was unloading and the other would be on the track. they use to send on up the lift when the other was about halfway round. I don't recall them ever using the break rails which they'll probably would have needed if more trains were being used.. but it's a long time ago.
