Obviously seeing a cracked egg, the first thought would be a dino theme (quite common on smaller coasters too), but it still fits the farm yard theme I guess. But what I animal I do not know!lol
Oh no... this is not good. A bird... really?
So it means the snake head on the front of the train will just be a bird head.. a bird that's been stretched? lol

I think they've gone about this perfectly, bringing back a much loved ride and also showing it as a proper investment with a new theme, which will create a new experience.
It's been a long while since we've been able to say this, but I think they've made some really good decisions here.
I'm not sold on a farm yard theme yet, sounds bad on paper but we'll have to see how it goes, does that mean they'll be doing a pets corner? I still hate the Marble Madness theme because it makes absolutely no sense.
Anyway, maybe they've added some stuff to the playground and scrapped that hideous dodgems.
Id does seem a shame to scrap the Rattlesnake theme as it was so iconic, and it wasn't that long ago it was Snake in the Grass which was a poor name.. i just hope they don't do the same to the Cannonball.
I wonder what they'll call it? The Egg Coaster? Scrambled Eggs? Bird in the Grass?
If they're making the Balloons eggs, with baskets hanging off them? .. i'm thinking is storks so maybe that will tie into the coaster somehow? It's all exciting.
Next year develop the old playground site, which i'm surprised hasn't happened yet.

^ you said you're not sold on it but then it's all exciting?!lol
If they really do a proper job of the Snake, which it looks like they are, then I just pray that the dodgems are gone. I don't even want them to spend the money on making them look better - just get rid please.
I've always said it would be great to see a petting zoo in PWH, and that area where the Land that Time Forgot was is an ideal location.
the dodgems have looked a mess for years...nothing that paint and jet washing would not fix for now....or remove and replace with a flat....yet as we have no new flats this year we don't want another empty space
I'm not sold on the farming theme as of yet.. but the development and progress that's happening at the park is quite exciting, not only are they making a real effort but seem to have a plan.. that's exciting, some top possibilities too.
People say the old dodgems are better than the newer ones. but why.. what makes them better?
I wouldn't mind them staying if they were giving a real refurbish. i know we don't need two sets but it's too late now and while i would prefer to see something else coolskins right, it's better to have a working ride that might look a mess than another empty plot. After all there are more important empty plots to deal with first (TTT, sky hooks site, old playground, behind wipeout and maybe kite flyer needs to go, you can even do a bit more beside the Waveswinger)
Never know, those dodgems might be next on the list after the Easter break.
Still shocked that Rattlesnake is back, whoever made that decision gets a personal thumbs up from me lol
Lets just hope it's not a temporary fix!!!Do want to be 2/3 years down the line and we;re back to square one.

I hope with all the facebook activity and the inevitable announcement, that they start to post actual photo updates of what's been going on. Would be good to see the progress. It looks like they're putting a good amount of effort into it and the public need to see that as well!
Also.... "Rooster Cooster"?

I think that the social media updates are great and looks like they have a good plan and finally some decent management so interested to see how this pans out. Some photo updates would definitely be good as it would be sure to make local press.
