the comments on social media are not usually ever in the good for the park - but the same can be said for any business on social media , many always say we need new rides which we do - yes this is investment yet to market it as a new ride is wrong yet many other places have done that too so it will get a mixed reaction I feel . New people to the park wont know any different for enthusiasts we can have our won opinion

Yeah if you think they're bad on PWH, read the comments when ever Towers or Thorpe post anything!lol
I think the comments regarding Egsspress are mixed. People are just being thick, there's no way they'd have ever got the money to reopen if they were to just leave it how it was.
at least it's egg related and not chicken.. I can now always refer to it as the Dizzy coaster, (you know the Dizzy egg by the Oliver Twins)
I'm not a fan of the farm theme, seem to be a step away from the family theme park and more kiddie/baby direction sadly. PWH has to remember a family is all sorts. However it doesn't really matter what i think in the grand scheme of things. Lets hope it just looks really really good.

Picture taken today, showing the tunnel going back on.
I'd really like to hear from someone inside the park with regards to what's actually going on with the track. That pics shows the old track still in situ with the tunnel going up around. Surely they aren't just replacing the odd section of track?
yes good news about the tunnel, maybe they'll do a proper job this time than that weird repair they did a while ago.
Thus is the hills.. there's no way they replaced the whole track.

I don’t even believe they replaced any of the track I think it had been repaired
The track is being repainted
I’m sure that the frame to the tunnel was always on
Well i just hope were not back to square one again in a couple of years with repairs failing or other parts of the track wearing i out. Just seems odd to have randomly closed it, kept it boarded up for two years and then all of a sudden bring it back. Why didn't they just fix it in the first place?

That's what I said about the repairs and how long will it last...I'm going to assume the pieces we saw on the drone video may have been the repair ones and a few others...
Plus they've done it fairly quickly.
Well i hope it get's a full theme than just a new paint job and name.. that station and tunnel would look pretty cool if it was done up like a Barn.

The frame of the tunnel wasn't on last year or in that drone footage, so that's defo going back on. Just hope they cover up with wood to make it look good.
It's obviously an old map as it still shows the play area that they moved into the back corner which has also gone (has it?)
I'm more interested in what looks like the new train design. The egg on the front with the trailing cars being.... green?
Seems odd to me. I was really pinning my hopes on a big chicken at the front, with the cars being cracked eggs, but it doesn't look that way at the moment.
Good job there isn't a chicken on the front, *sigh of relief*
Not sure about being green... but then Dizzy did look green on the Amstrad so i guess that's what they're going for... obviously. lol

A custom-built queuing area has been created and is designed to replicate a chicken coop. It will be topped off with a striking fibreglass model of a rooster and the rollercoaster itself will also be given a new lease of life and tie in with the theme.
The farmyard theme is being extended across the Lake End of the park too. Bear Necessities will become Roosters and will be transformed to look like a ‘barn’ and, in time, will also be given an undercover seating area. The mini dodgems will also be given a new look which will be unveiled later in the season. The team at 3D Creations, a company based in Gorleston, have been working their magic on the popular balloon rays which will also have a new look.
Pleasure wood hills website 😀
^ it could be, wouldn't be hard to move the boundary fence back a few feet. But I wouldn't want an Enterprise. PWH needs more modern flats.
I think a Star Flyer would be really good on that plot. Yes I'm personally bored to death of those now, but it would be a hit at PWH.
It's weird coz since PWH got that building permit thing (where they can build anything upto 25m in height without the need for planning permission) they haven't actually done anything or made use of if. I think Marble Madness is the only big ride they've added since.
