God knows what they were thinking, if they wanted them near the main street all they had to do if move and do up the old ones. Wouldn't be so bad if hyperdrive was a really good one.
Never mind.

Oh, and since no one has mentioned here is another issue with it: the rubber matting in the 'queue' was peeling off in such a way that it could become a trip hazard. Even when they had all the lights working, I still thought it stuck out like a sore thumb. The train carriage doesn't fit with the subway theme and last time I looked closely it wasn't even painted well (the rest of them where still brown). I really don't get what their thought process was in thinking that it would fit in. You walk up over the level crossing and you have the chair swing, whale ride and the sweet shop (and past the plane ride if its still there) and there are a load of painted buildings on the left of the path. While you couldn't really consider it to be a themed area, the different aspects fit together relatively well, but a subway themed dodgems with dark sounding music? Not so much. Of course, my comments could now be irrelevant because they might have amended it or something but I wouldn't know because I haven't been to PWH since may last year.

train should have been weighed in along with TTT, and rattlesnake if its really beyond repair, I know steel prices are crap, but there's a lot of steel there! would be a little contribution towards at least leasing a couple of travelling family flats for the year, they could probably muddle through a season like that quite successfully aswell.

I don't think they will go back to leasing rides. When I attended a talk at the park during the 2013 celebrations, they said the French owners had implemented a policy at the park where they would own all the rides.
...that said, they also stated that if a ride was removed it would be replaced. So anything is possible!
Defiantly going against the rules then! I find the trains boring if I'm honest! But there are the people who enjoy it - after all the park did start as a train railway park.
Jgroom i mean weigh in the static badly painted one the others are good, i dont like the idea of leasing rides either but if money is tight then its gotta be done to get interest through the season its just stagnated. Nothing wrong with havibg a couple that could change each season along side the parks main stays
