RE: Queue Line Banter

You going to a trip report Scott? I'm intrigued to see your thoughts on the place!

I was half hoping Scott would forget about the points so I could win the tournament this year!

I keep meaning to write something up but I never seem to have the chance to sit and do it!
There's just too damn much to talk about since I loved just about everything :P

Yeah it does take some time!

Was it a trip with family or friends?

We're you as disappointed as me with Universal Studios? (although when I visited there wasn't Transformers and Potter v2)

And were you as blown away as me by Islands of Adventure?!

Just me and the Mrs :)

I loved both Universal parks - I can see why IOA blows people away bi with I equally loved Studios too. I think a big part of that is probably because of Diagon Alley. I've seen plenty of things in plenty of parks that I have loved or been in awe of - but DA is genuinely the first time I've had my breath taken away by something in a theme park like that. Walking in I couldn't help but just say 'wow'

Yeah I was like that with Hogwarts. I just couldn't believe that one park could have the likes of Spiderman AND Forbidden Journey. Two mind blowingly good dark rides.

What about the Magic Kingdom? I absolutely adored that place, but not necessarily for the rides. I found that everything they have in Orlando and Paris, is better in Paris. Stitch Encounter and Buzz were both in really poor condition. Space Mountain is fab though, it really surprised me just how violent it was, great fun!

I hated how two of the world's most popular rides, in the worlds most popular theme park, are stuffed in a dead end! (BTM and Splash Mountain - which is awesome, by the way ;)

Stitch is dire... Sub Terra is bloody better than that! Buzz is in a fairly bad way - but it is in Paris too... Loved MK as a whole though, I'm a sucker for the 'classic' Disney magic and that place just exudes it!

Other Paris/Orlando comparisons... Paris Pirates is better, Paris RnR is better but theme is better in Orlando - but Orlando ToT blows Paris' out of the water!

If anyone can score another 700 points by the end of the season I would be surprised
