Cannot wait! Strange choice of words on the announcement though; "scheduled to open" just sounds like it might not!

Yeah that's not the most positive way to word it!lol

Could you tell us why its taken a longer long than originally planned? Has there been any setbacks, or are you just making it look perfect? ;)

Better late than never I guess, should have been months ago to iron out any teething issues before main season. Oh well.

A little bit of marketing for MM on Facebook. I can't get over how unexciting this post is though - firstly "scheduled" again, it really doesn't need to say this, it sounds so corporate. And secondly although I love the car design and the eyes, let's show the actual coaster, or some fun facts; get people excited with anticipation!

Also is it just me or does #ILOVEPWH and #WOODYMAGIC grate on anyone else? I don't know why it has to be on every single update or photo.

PWH posted some photos to Facebook. Ride looks fresh and bright. I like it. Not sure about the galvanised steel wire mesh fences as they look very fairgroundish. Unless a lick of paint in the orange of the track will happen. Otherwise I'm impressed so far.

Quote from Josh, "Not sure about the galvanised steel wire mesh fences as they look very fairgroundish. Unless a lick of paint in the orange of the track will happen. Otherwise I'm impressed so far."

The one we had at Dreamland was made the same with mesh fence and two tone (The track one colour and the rest another colour)

Looks awesome, although Marble theme still makes no sense.
I don't mind the wire fence, it's kinda required and I don't know what an alternative is... maybe it's only temporary as I doubt they would have done much with the grounds around it.

Hashtags are indeed irritating, far too many of them for PHW.
a simple #PWH would be more than enough.

Yeah it looks really good. And I agree on the fencing, a nice smaller wooden fence would have looked wonderful.

Also, going back to what Josh said about that FB post, even a "!" Would have helped!

Yes but you've gotta give other people a reason to use them. When they both started they were being used sparingly and to create a buzz or conversation - now they're slapped on every single update is what I mean.

Coaster looks bright though. Seems popular on fb.

There was a great poster for marble madness at the Norfolk show today on the pleasurewood hills stand. Showed a nice photo of woodie, ronnie and Clarence riding it!

I was hoping to see the queue go down the side of the coaster, so the nice green area was kept in view. Oh well, we'll soon see what it looks like!

There's a video been put up on Youtube:

Marble Madness at Pleasurewood Hills: youtu.be/HUbfRPYYml0

If pause it at 0:42, you can see the bizarre queue line. Looks like that entire field beside the coaster has been cut off with the weird shape queue lane. Thats a shame.

Enthusiasts complain about cattle pen queues and when it's not; still complain! ;) just kidding Martyn, it does look weird but difficult to tell from that video what it's actually like.

Nice video but it would be better filmed attached to the car and not on a phone (you can see the warble of the cheap phone sensors they use) perhaps you could push for a go pro and a mount so you can film all the coasters for the site?

Looks great, I'm not a big fan of theses rides but at least it's not a mouse and it looks excellent.
