Season Review

Overall I am hoping we can get some figures from Ben to judge footfall.

I would hope this has been their best season for many years - helped largely to good weather and a much better media presence and presentation all over.

Was a shame to see TTT virtually out all season and looking at how it already appears to have been forgotten was sad.

Hobs Pit has done wonders for us and visitors alike but the thing is the public always want more - so how can it be topped ? I don't think it will be for 2014 - but lets hope

Great to see Tidalwave with both lanes open and the kiddies area looking so good
All the 30th stuff was great yes and seeing Joe back was good :-)

For me lows would probably be...

State of go kart area/ no atmosphere
Inconistency of Fireball
Enigma just looking a mess and that one train...
Old hungry bears site empty
No atmosphere rattlesnake area and general mess of dodgems
Car park exit and all the way to Leisure Way junction needs resurfacing badly - especially close to the big red gates

So the 2013 season is over, one that saw a huge step in the right direction with hobs pit and arguably the best Halloween event in the parks history. But what are you thoughts on the season?

I think it has been a brilliant season and am absolutely gutted I couldn't make the Halloween event due to moving away from the area, I will write up a highs and lows of the season for me once I have some time on my hands.

Highs of the Season:

Hobs Pit opening
First day little guided tour by Ben
Staff being a lot more friendlier than in previous years
The 30th anniversary events and getting the family back up to PWH for the first time in a few years.
The office staff being awesome at dealing with me and my queries and always being helpful and friendly,
even when being bombarded by complaints

Lows of the Season:

Inconsistency of Hobs Pit
Couple of problems with the ride operators on engima
The weather meaning I got drenched on a couple of occasions.

Best year the park has had for a long time. Everything just feels more professional, as if it was a large park, part of a chain etc. Love it, and long may it continue.
