It's a ploy to make sure they 'can't do it all in one day' lol

But what is 'record breaking'? Most people ever? most people ever on a Wednesday? Most people ever in an August? Most people ever on the 27th of August? Maybe it's longest ever queue time for Enigma? or Most ice creams sold lol

Whilst on one hand this just amazing to see, on the other, I just hope everyone enjoyed their day out! Queuing isn't the most fun thing to do and there are too many major rides at PWH that suffer with poor through put. Could you imagine queuing up for Hobs, Enigma or TotC today?!

I totally agree, I definitely wouldn't fancy waiting in those queues! Hobs Pit is a great, unique attraction but it's not been designed to cater for large numbers. I can't think of anything they could do with it to speed things up significantly. Engima and TotC just need extra trains and boats added, which shouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility.

On the subject of Queues, the Express passes (or whatever they were to be called) never happened did they?

I passed on my congratulations to the team and todays gate figure was epic....well done.... Did forget to say Sunday certain atractions had a sign up saying that priority passes were not valid on said attraction...not sure which ones you could use them on.

So good to see how the park use to be with so many folk on site. Well done team pwh....long may it continue..... best day for over 8 seasons or more I understand. Fab

So what was the gate figure for today coolskin?

One thing that's different about the park today compared to the 90's, is the lack of non-ride attractions. You pretty much have to queue up to do anything, compared to the days when we had the large indoor and outdoor play areas etc. Fort fun area was great to chill out in during a busy day.

Great news!! The new coaster I bet is a big help this season but I agree with you guys, there is a distinct lack of filler attractions compared to back in the day. Certainly something that needs to be looked at.

I want them to bring back that old shooting game that use to be near fort fun.
The park could certainly do with a few more bits and bobs on site.
I loved the mini fairground.

It was all part of the American West theme and I remember it having a great escapist feeling. Hillbilly Mooshine is kinda out of place at the moment so doesn't have that same feel.

Aladdin's cave was great but it had it's time.
Am I right in thinking they no longer use the bridge?

I don't get why PWH are sharing TPWW videos on their Facebook...?

There's plenty of other pages and all sorts of organisations that the their best to help PWH, but never get as much as a look in from the park....

Seems very random to want to help promote them, especially with the reputation they're starting gain.

Haha, when I saw this post come up again I knew it would be about PWH linking Sanbrooke. Didn’t the new park manager work at Alton Towers? Could be that he knows him?
