OK people, I've just had some more details about the day from Laurence:

"You can park as near to the offices as possible, its fine to park in the disabled area when the park is closed.

If you can meet at reception, we’ll wait for everyone there. (Might be a nice meet and greet area, matching people’s user names to their real names!)

We’ll then head over to the Labyrinth together and make sure you’re all briefed for the game. There will be a short “ribbon cutting” for the press, but that should take a few minutes, then its game time!

Once we’ve finished, I’m going to give you all a short questionnaire to fill in, just so we can see if we can improve it in any way.

Hope you enjoy the day and look forward to seeing you all there!"

Well, it will depend on the game time and then how long you want to stay and chat for. If you need leave early you can leave shortly after the game time which should be about 3.40pm.
