Is that passport trail sign on the floor relevant to anything coming? Or is it just something from the past?

Ah that, think that goes back to when they did the passes all year. They were titled "passport to pleasurewood".

I dont think this means anything new ?

I cant quite believe that they're putting that much effort into Thunderstruck, good on em! It'll be like a brand new ride when its done!

The metal base will finally be gone! So happy it's going from temporary travelling ride to permanent!

I wonder what they will use for the flooring? Wood? Or maybe the original metal flooring it had before?

^ I doubt they'll use the metal flooring! it spoils the point of making it look permanent!

Yes but what you have to remember is the arm to lift it up is part of the floor so it may be a lot of work to re do it.

Quick question, could it really be just a simple case of dropping the lorry base in that hole?

Yes I agree Martyn.... If we take a look back at my firework photos of it in bits i think it will fit a treat....hmmm... Very large area of concrete around it all. It will look so much better

I'm not doubting whether it would fit or not, just wondering if it is ok to just do that?

Yeah, pretty much all travelling rides do, but last year, Thunderstruck would have been held up with them balacing arm things, similar to these:

But by looking at the new pics, there wont be space for them...
