The part is on order. The problem with an old ride like TTT is that things are not made for them any more. The same problem is had with Enigma and our Trains. You just can't get 'off the shelf' parts for them anymore. This is why there are delays. :)

TTT will remain as a spinner for the rest of the season - It is due to be fully repaired over the winter. The problem we had with the recent downtime; is during that heavy rain the sunken floor flooded and we couldn't access the area we needed to repair. So we needed to organise a pump to be bought onto the park, drain the water and then then repair the fault.
Bucket and a sponge ;) soak up that water in no time :P
Lets hope this will be the last major fault with this for a while, and it's back to it's high flying self by easter.

If the ride had failed a few years ago when it was Thunderstruck, I doubt anybody would have rushed to revive it. However, since the refurb it went from being one of the least attractive rides in the park to something that looked great. The ride is a decent enough "filler attraction" but to me the saddest thing is that so much work went into improving it and it could all be for nothing.
Yeah, that's a real shame and to lose it would be a travesty. If it going to constantly need money spent on it then maybe it's time to replace it, just would be a waste though!
We're doing our best over the winter to get her back up and running properly. - We have had HUSS looking at her and even they are at a loss. Everything looks and says that she should be fine, obviously she isn't telling us everything!
