Countdowns instead of actual time?


Why is it when a post is posted, the time of the post isn't shown, its a count down timer from when it was originally posted?

And also, with what Patricia mentioned in the other topic, that 'counter' also seems to be 'last 24hours' - how come its not 'xx users visited today'

I must admit I would prefer a time, but it's a minor niggle really. It could be changeable as these forums do tend to have some element of customisation.

Thanks Matt. Like Josh said, it is only a minor niggle, but CAN be kind of misleading sometimes.
