Anyone watch Knightmare as a kid? It's been getting a bit of a revival over the past year.. getting ever closer to a new a series.
My favourite tv show growing up, and being a local program (Norwich) all the more important.

I tried to get on as a kid but didn't make it.
It's had a busy year, there was live show that's still on tour, youtube made a special episode last year and David Rowe is publishing a book with his art work in.

If this convention doesn't happen KM will never return for a new series, which is the general attitude from those in the media buying programs, they're watching very closely. Sadly it's future depends on this and It looks grim.

They bought it back for YT Geek Week last year, it had Stuart Ashens on it, the Norwich sofa reviewer. Check his YouTube channel out - his stuff is great.

Yeah it was a last minute production for youtube, rushed and unpolished but wasn't bad. But any chance of an official new series rests in the success of this convention sadly.

Although I don't share your enthusiasm for Stuart. lol

I think Ashens is great. An example of someone solely famous through YouTube, which is impressive. YouTube is becoming a great platform for people we wouldn't normally see as they wouldn't necessarily get on TV. I enjoy so many channels and these people are making livings off of it. I'd like a slice of that pie to be honest!

Sadly it's all part of this new culture of wanting to get famous and get rich quick, but if it works for people and they can earn a living then fair play to them, I dunno how famous he is, I had never heard of him prior to Geek Week, being famous for being on youtube I'm not sure is something to be that proud of... some of the stuff you see on their is shocking. lol

Yeah you're right some stuff is shocking. But without YouTube some amazing talents would not have been shared with the world ie Smooth McGroove:

Indeed. I watched a modern version of Thomas the Thank engine the other week... I still haven't gotten over the horror.

Nothing beats the original Thomas the Tank however my daughter can't get enough of the new ones; it just boils down to nostalgia I think. Having said that though the models had so much more character.

Classic episodes are still fun to watch now, im not so keen on the CGI of new ones (all cartoons seem to be like this) and i hate the theme song too. lol

Diesel was and still is my favorite
