Seriously, this is going to leave a big hole in my life now. I've listened to them for many years, and I cant actually remember life without waking up with Chris, Dave and Dom!

I used to be a regular listener around 2007, I even used to get up early just to listen but haven't tuned in for a while. My 'era' was Chris, Dave, Dom, Rachel, Carrie and Aled. I remember the day they broadcast from the Forum and I wanted to go and watch but had to go to school instead.

Yeah, that was my favourite era too, I do actually miss Carrie and Rachel. Hopefully they'll come back for a bit before the end.

I wouldn't be too surprised if they returned to Norfolk before it finishes, as they seem to mention the shows they done in Hunstanton and Gt Yarmouth quite a lot. I think it may have been their first tour maybe?

Frejus, no major theme parks near by as far as I can see. There is a permanent fair ounce though so may try to visit. Flight was quite turbulent and we shat ourselves when the pilot had to abort landing at the last second, literally about to touch down then suddenly full throttle, engines screaming! Turns out there was an obstruction on the runway! Scary stuff.

That happened to us when we came back from Madrid last June. Like you say, proper scary when that happens.

Captain came on the radio a while later to say that another plane had pulled onto the runway!

That's what he said to us but thinking about and being a big fan of Nat Geo's Air Crash Investigation the systems these airports have in place shouldn't allow for that sort of thing to happen. That being said it can happen but maybe it's just a standard reason they tell passengers if there's another reason that may be more serious or less understandable for the passengers. Nevertheless it is frightening, my Missus was white as a sheet.

So what do you lot do when not working or rideing coasters??

I like to make stop motion films and theatrical puppets (like the one in my avatar) Norwich puppet theater was my local hang out.
Also got involved in making "Dizzy" fan games (little egg with boxing gloves on the ZX Spectrum and the like)

Yeah, the prizes on the new show are pretty poor. It's as if they're trying to recapture the old program! A bike and a season pass to Drayton Manor....?

Though it does seem like the easiest way to win money, I always get so many right!
