Its still a decent size fair. Don't get them that big in the midlands. Nottingham is probably my closest really big fair with the goose fair. Can't complain as have alton and drayton on my doorstep really now.
Not just Yarmouth, the fairs in Norwich are still really poor. Fun fairs have changed so much the world over in the last 10 years (apart from East Anglia).
Cool an Easter fair they doesn't take place at Easter :P
Isn't there one on it's way to Lowestoft or Beccles soon? I'm sure I saw someone putting posters about this afternoon, unless if was for the Yarmouth one.

Yarmouth is still the best one around here - even though it is the same rides and attractions each year its still a good atmosphere - goose fair is next on my list. Hyde park was wicked at xmas 2014.
Once it leaves Yarmouth it goes away from the area - is it kings lynn ? sometimes Beccles if your lucky yet not Lowestoft anymore like it always did - it comes to Lowestoft ( much smaller ) later on in the calendar
Yeah it is a good atmosphere. I go to winter wonderland each year coolskin. Great isn't it and set out really well etc. Goose fair is massive and more of a traditional set out but great fun. You going to upload any more pics please coolskin?
Disappointing at the Yarmouth fair last night. For the first time in my memory the oblivion was not there which was the main reason for going in its place was a inflatable slide. All other rides in the same places as last year and the exact same line up. The bulls were back and proving popular ish.
What are peoples thoughts on the Tagada ride - popular yet I see some places have banned them and many have had injuries
Thanks for the pics, looks quite subdued compared to the 90s. It always look best with some sort of big wheel on the market place. Anybody remember the american sky liners that used to come every year! With the round egg shape cages on a wheel.
