Sorry no pictures, my girlfriend stole the camera and has proceeded to accidentally break it. Long story.

Anyway, all in all a most enjoyable day at Pleasurewood Hills. Here are my findings-

--> Timber Falls looking very good, love the themeing in the queue line, especially the Timber Logs and the large saw. The only thing I would say is that the themeing suddenly seems to stop and their is none throughout the ride, so it dosnt look as good as it could, but still a great job all round!

--> Shiver m Timbers has obviously had some work on it. It has had a fresh lick of paint by the looks of things and was running very smoothly. Loved riding it.

--> Something bad has happened to SITG. Firstly, it has that awful, pointless steel tunnel still their, ( does anyone know if they are going to do anything about this?), and also it kept running really slowly. The ride just seemed tired and old. Something really needs to be done to it. And fast, the atmosphere round the area was non-existent.

--> Wizzy Dizzy was riding well, the ride operator ( Matt I believe his name was) was very good at drumming up excitement and was running it really well, giving us alot of air time!

--> BUILDING WORKS AROUND AND BEHIND THE LAKE AREA. I was on the Chairlift and could see some people building what looked like a wooden platform on the river and behind the lake next to this wooden platform I could see some long pieces of piping and wire that were leading out into the woodland, but I couldn't see anymore. Seems like their is something going on over their- most probably the nature trail.

--> New playgrounds look nice, but still a waste of money in my opinion. Landscaping is all very professional though!

--> New Street Arts show is very good in my opinion.

--> Sea Lion show as always a delight to watch, and it was drawing huge crowds and queues throughout the day, so seems to be benefiting from the new(ish) entrance.

-->Enigma running really well that day, but it needs themeing up. Like most rides their.

From what I could remember, it always ran quite slow. Especially when you compare it to the Treetops coaster at Oakwood.

And I would guess that the building work is for the Nature Trail, or the second station for the Miniature Railway. Did you get to see where that has been re-tracked?

I could see them building a wooden platform behind the lake which looked like it could be used for a station, but it was in it's early stages, so it could have been anything. Their looked lke there was already a new track for the Railway running nearer the river and then beyond that their were several wires and pipes that were leading into a clearing into the woods. Thinking back it was probably the new track for the Railway.

Also, SING- you will have to ride it Martin to see the difference. It just kept stopping and starting!
