Visiting Soon...

I'll be visiting in the next couple of days... Any pictures that people want? Will edit them in once I've been :)

Right, really sorry to dissapoint you all. But my camera failed on me on Wednesday and my phone doesn't want to upload anything. Brilliant!

The basic areas which people wanted to know about really have already been covered anyway, and there isn't actually much more to see of SNIG's tunnel, the new play area(s) or the Timber Falls queue!

The queue is much better now. And the ride seems so much wetter somehow!

The new Rattlesnake tunnel is god awful and doesn't even cover the top - making it really light. Also the ride seemed slower than usual.

The play areas don't look too bad, and much of the area has been re-landscaped quite nicely.

The Pirate Ship has been re-painted/cleaned and looks very good!

Wipeout was running from opening on Wednesday (and about every 3-4 minutes after) - also the "no screaming" signs are gone!

The Palladium theatre Martyn? That used to be near Main Street right? Kinda opposite the static train restaurant and Timber Falls? It's had a new front put on it and now looks like the end of a ship. Quite fancy...

All in all the place looks good and in my opinion is getting to the standard I assume the owners want... I had one small niggle though, all the staff were pretty below-par. Most looked or acted unhappy and nobody had the cheery attitude that people expect at theme parks...

Weird you should say that about the staff as last year I was very impressed with them. Especially the dude on SITG who was having a lot of fun. No complaints from me in that respect, hopefully they haven't all moved on - although I haven't visited this year yet but will probably this week.

Ah right, sounds interesting. Would be good to see a pic of that from someone.
