So has anyone got any park visits planned for February? Any of the half term events at the bigger parks? It's always quite slow to start with but if anyone's got anything planned then makes for a good head start really.

QQ: do rides at Merlin Midways count? I.e. The London dungeons?

If so, I'll have a couple of rides down next week ;)

As for the rest of the year, I have a MAP for the first time so there should be a few Merlin park visits and I'll also hopefully be jetting off to Orlando this September!

In the past the Norfolk Show has counted so Merlin Midways are fine.

Ok, to clean things up, park points can only be claimed on parks recognised by RCDB or substantial funfairs, however ride points may still be counted at non-regocnised parks. For instance A visit to the London Dungeons and a ride on the drop tower would mean that 1 point would be collected for the drop tower but none for the visit to the dungeons.

What about something like Winter Wonderland which is quite a substantial park when it's there?

Sorry, forgot about the funfair category, as they aren't on RCDB. Edited it to include funfairs.

The new things they've spent hundreds of millions installing across WDW.

One band acts as your room key, your park tickets, your FastPass+ reservation, your dinner reservation and even your debit card (with pin) if you wish.

They're so cool. Admittedly I think the money could have been much better spent but they are certainly bloody cool.

Ahh right, I thought that was called MyMagic+ or something similar. You'll have a great time, September's a perfect month for visiting Orlando. If you've got any questions at all, fire them my way!

The whole scheme is - but the wristbands you wear (and get to customise) are called MagicBands :)

If I think of anything, I'll ask though!
