I'm really liking the vibrancy of that track! This photo was posted via Snapchat earlier this evening:

Looks like they're going for another one of them mounds of dirt/grass along the side of it.

Hopefully not, unless they plan to cover it in giant boulders and create a proper mountainour looking area.

Brilliant speech. So we now know the coaster will run with 5 cars not the 8. And it was good to find out where it had been since flamingo binned it off !!!

Very interesting to hear a bit more about the original theme idea for Marble Madness too.

I'm disappointed that Liam has such a negative opinion of social media and forums (such as this one). He also seemed to suggest that the refurbishments of Enigma and Tales of the Coast were fabricated and shouldn't had been broadcast. We were given the info by the park weren't we?

Might suggest theses things will not happen under this new management

Yes we were given the info by the park but as we were told the plans changed so it's not like it was never going to happen. I got the impression that he isn't overly familiar with social media but I would hope he isn't negative about social media. It would be a travesty to undo the strides the park took on social media last season.

I think his approach to the refurbs (i.e. Waiting to do them properly) is absolutely right. I just hope he doesnt have the wrong idea about this forum being the home of baseless rumours.

I agree Matt, this forum is much more than baseless rumours. In fact we there's nothing that we've put on here as far as I can tell which hasn't had a reputable source.

Yeah, they look much better, although only seen one small shot. Would they have been painted or replaced? They weren't in very good shape so I would hope they had been replaced, can you even paint that type of thing?

Prehaps they were replaced so they could run the ride full?

I like the colour's of the actual ride structure etc, but the yellow cars with the red stripes look a bit..... retro.

I hope the mouse heads are removed (I can see them using the ears for the new eyes, but the face's need to come off, please!)

Also, I think this could look really nice if it's given a nice, basic theme park treatment. Think nice fencing, nice garden with shrubs etc around it. That would look better than a vulgar theme IMO.

I agree about the retro stripes. The colours are maybe a bit dull but maybe they will look better when on the ride.

I like how the mouses ears have been kept and adapted into the eyes with each car having a different emotion!

The rat theme before though looked DREADFUL sick

Was the coaster originally made with the rat cars then ?

No. Flamingo Land did a mini refurb of it a few years back and added the mouse face on each of the cars. I'm surprised at how slow the construction is going, the original plan was to have it open at the beginning of May.... by all means, with a ride like this, it is still doable, but I dont want them to rush it.
