Pleasurewood Hills Promotional Video 1988

This is absolutely golden! I love this. I love how the park looks so new with all the trees in their infancy and because of it, it looks so big! The ladybird coaster looked great with out all the shrubbery and the old tunnel still in place. Lots of wonderful memories although I never saw Woody's Music Hall, that looked great!

Keep your eyes peeled for great footage from Woody's Music Hall, The Space Net, Astro Slide, Death Slide, Fort Fun, The BBQ's, Trokia and much more!

Truly priceless video...

that woody music hall looked scary !!!!

Seems weird to see it empty where wipe out and the log flume now sit. so good to see fort fun and the death slide and the fountain working in main square.

So good to also see the old shops around fort too where the pottery was.

Brilliant stuff.

Shame there is still no footage of the haunted castle ?

Yes that skeleton in the music hall... I remember that now!!!! Just unlocked some forgotten memories.
Really hoped to see some of the Haunted castle but maybe someone will be found eventually.

Amazing video, the park does looked empty compared with today.

This was the main video shown at Joe Larter's Book Launch. As Josh, Matt & Coolskin know; I was trying to put together a chronicle of PWH over the past 30 years (Thank you for the videos sent/bought to me) but to be honest, there was some HUGE gaps in the it. Then we had this video converted. Showing it Joe, he had tears in is eyes, and said "Did I really make that?!" - The decision was made there to use this video. I guess there would have been many there who wouldn't have seen it via YouTube a few weeks back.
