Our dear old Enterprise. I think this is circa 1995, but I'm not too sure.
Me and my mother on the log flume as it was back in around 1999, I think.
This is my Dad standing looking at the mini carousel thing that my sister is riding in the next pic. Does anyone know where in the park this area is? I really don't recognise it!
I hope you have once again enjoyed a few snapshots from the past! More when I find them..and Matt feel free to use them on Unofficial Pleasurewood if you so wish.
Great pics Josh - That area is behind HoBs PiT, you used to get there by walking through Main Street Gift Shop. It was the craft village. No longer in use and a staff area. Alexis is has mentioned he is keen to regain this area for visitor use however. No timescales, just a thought process atm. - Next time you're here, let me know and I'll take you on a little tour. :)
All the hand made pottery use to be round there - it was such a great area and now just the staff canteen which use to form part of the pizza gaff and there use to be double doors as the back of hobs pit that you could walk out of into the pottery and death slide/fort area....classic pwh....
The area also use to house punch and judy near the train station
Great photos Josh - the coca cola express - had many a laughs in there..... and the log flume before its makeover.
That is a great photo of the enterprise before its one season only make over to the phoenix - shame there is no photos of the makeover it did look good - ended up red and white I think....
haha that's the Enterprise I loved, never saw the ' phoenix' version. Pity the back aria is a staff canteen, it's a or should be a premier location in the park, Better off building a new one for the staff in one of the unused corners of the park.

Costs. Probably cheaper. I dunno if things have changed but last time I spoke to a ride operator they weren't even allowed to have a drink with them!!! Those who did had to hide it.. this is a terrible way to treat staff, it gets hot in the summer you can't deny someone a little water. Hope that's no longer the case.

Who were not allowed to do what ? we all use to have a big laugh outside the "staff toilet block" and in the giant walk in fridge and freezer in stores !! That whole area was good.. the subsidized staff canteen when it was next to the cash office ( where we also clocked out ) had a real good atmosphere
No, it did only ever have two homes... i am sure it was not where tidalwave is..i remember it being moved to where the ponies now are - or was it moved after that when it became phoenix ??
