Ben has kindly agreed to participate in a Q&A thread for us goons!
So if there's something puzzling you to do with the park, or there is something really goony that you need to know, just ask in here, and hopefully Ben will have the answer!
Remember: keep the questions reasonable, and please understand that there will be certain questions that Ben wont be allowed to answer.
Never been a fan of drop towers personally so the news doesn't sadden me. I find them a bit boring to be honest. :P I'm sure the current one does the job.
I've always wondered if theses rides are bought or rented? I would guess a rental isn't worth making ''permanent" for obvious reasons. (unless it's planned for at least 5 years or more)

I know. To be fair, expected after how the park has been treated for the past decade or so. We also had the weather against us don't forget. It's based on the financial year. Expect it to be much better this year. If not, I'll let you hold me personally accountable. ;)
Here's a question I hope you can answer.... Are there still plans to bring in a 200ft (permanent/park model) drop tower, like the one they got planning permission for?
Ben, If you were not working in the theme park industry, and you visited PWH and paid the £19 admission price, Do you feel that you would get your money's worth or would you be put off, or would you feel overcharged?
Do we have any more thrill rides in the pipeline? As I feel us teens the park doesn't "have it" anymore... As someone on here said, we're the ones that have the money lol!
That's quite disappointing really. So many UK parks would give anything to get planning permission for a 200ft ride, yet PWH have it, and they're not making use of it. Getting the UK's tallest drop tower would do wonders for marketing material, plus a permanent drop tower would look so much better than the current portable tower.
Are there any plans to introduce any other 'perks' to the season pass? Ie. discounts on food or gifts?
My vision would be to...the repsonse to a free go in Laser Labryth has been very popular. I'm introducing a new design to the season tickets every year, to make them collectable. People with the old ones this year, can recieve a new one on their next visit.
Sneak Peek of the design - Should be with us within a fortnight. :)
