CITV @ The Hills

Was scrolling through Youtube, searching for PWH videos and came accross this!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLRX_SSzNmI The Pleasurewood Hills bit starts at 0:49 and goes right to the very end of the video!

Was wondering do anyone else remember it as never seen or heard of this one before! (:

I Swear someone mentioned it before on here Reece, not sure but i remember it being mentioned.

EDIT: I just noticed on the video, it's PWH all the way, as it pans out at 0:27ish to show the castle in the background.

This was the year before I worked at PWH. Peter Hadden was very keen for a return, but Kids TV suffered huge budget costs and it never happened.

BTW, Busted were the support act to H and Claire and Liberty X.

Im going to ask around family & friends to see if they remember any of it! This looks really good, it would be fan tabby tastic if PWH could do something like this now, as the park has begun a new era with new owners, revamp of the park and attractions etc, but yet again it would be down to money.. :(

I remember all that! They toured all sorts of parks across the UK one summer. Seem to remember some kids had to try and eat food on the Cannonball Express xD.

Thing is, its not the park that would put it on, its the TV channel. They would then get in touch with certain parks to ask if they want to take part.

In saying that, I'm sure PWH could get H, Claire and Liberty X to make an apperance. biggrin

It was a tour CITV did back in 2002 of the major theme parks in the UK - featuring celebrity singers we had Atomic Kitten, Liberty X, Busted before they were huge, H and Claire to name but a few. Hopefully you can see some of it when Ben uploads my DVD of the tour when it hit PWH. I went to the PWH, Chessington and Drayton one.

Was good fun

 yep!

Similar to the language used on FB and twitter by PWH; some of the older people won't understand/get it, but thew younger people do (and some older people too) wink

I hardly watch tv, certainly not music tv.
And yes I have a radio on most of the day but don't exactly pay any attention to the majority of crap they play.
I'm afraid i'm not really up to date with music from 00's it's mainly rubbish, i'm my opinion.

There is maybe a lot of rubbish in the main charts - but i guess it depends what your music taste is and where you look for it!

I like good music, i don't look for it, it tends to find me.
Been indulging in the lush sounds of 'The Church' most of the summer, Australia's greatest band. Beautiful. :D
Sorry, can't put up with that Busted stuff posted above. *shudder*

Bit of a snob when it comes to music.
