Fanta sponsors Oblivion at Alton Towers

So this has been causing a lot of upset over at Towers Times as it completely detracts from the rides theming and experience.  What do you guys think?

*As you can see the photos were taken by ukparknews.co.uk so they have the credit for them.

I personally think the new paint work makes it look clean and fresh but the whole idea behind the logos and the graphics just don't fit in with the ride.  As the tagline states "More Fanta, Less Serious", I think that is exactly what they have done to the ride! Which is a shame.

The orange fits with the Oblivion colours, but it detracts from the rides theming big-time. However, that area of the park's been getting less and less visitors for years now Oblivion isn't such a big draw, so maybe it'll attract some new fans?

Ugh, how vile! Oblivion in theory is a kind of rubbish ride, but it made 100 times better by the tension etc that srrounds it, and this does distract from that.

Bad bad move in my opinion.
