Anyone able to give us a rough figure of how many hits UOPW has been getting? This place has become pretty busy recently, was wondering if more people were visiting the site? 

 

I notice at the bottom of the messageboard page it says for example 77 users have visited this borad today- is that individual users or total amount of views.

I would take a guess that its 77 different users.

Thats quite good really for such a small forum. I'm hoping that expanding the forum beyond just Pleasurewood has helped a bit. There definitely isn't enough happening at Pleasurewood to warrant visiting the forum regularly, so the members section where pretty much anything can be discussed is a good for way for people to keep an interest in the forum, and we then get to know each other better :)

I can say that the site has seen a significant increase in hits over the course of the past year... Taking last month as an example, there was an 80% increase in hits compared to March of last year. A very positive sign for the site and it seems to be a continuing trend as every year has been better than the last.

And |I must say that the forum has been a hive of activity recently! Keep it up chaps and chapesses! Hopefully, the park will keep giving stuff to talk about.

One thing I have noticed is that when you click on the "View all  Members" link, there is alot more people visiting this site. A few years back, if you clicked that link then the next person could have visited hours ago, now it's usually in the space of a few minutes.

you can tell its popular because i was in greece for the last week and it has take me 1 and a quarter hours to get through al the posts!
