I must admit. My heart went in my mouth when I first saw that pic. For some crazy reason, It looks exactly like the park's woodland area! I was scared!
Yeah, it is odd how all discussions have died, yet we have SO much to look forward to at the park! A 200ft drop tower, another mega ride, plus a revamp for Enigma! This time last year I would have lost an arm to hear such great news!
Also, when mentioning all these noise issues the park have, you have to remember, it seems as if the Council is on PWH's side.... reversing the decision on Wipeout was a big deal... Lance at Screamscape even said so!
While “complaints” are not uncommon for parks in the UK, the fact that the local council had the forsight to revise the local noise ordinances to allow for the ride to stay for the foreseeable future is much more amazing.

That video is great. I love how it is really bad but at the same time pretty good. I'm glad they have updated us on the progress - I'd actually like them to do more of this kind of thing - keep the GP entertained and informed.
It actually looks quite big.... I feel sick just saying this, but I'm impressed with how they're doing this, I thought the whole thing was going to be a bodge....

Any theme park that does Halloween these days has a live action horror maze... LWV has one now - and it would seem like too good an opportunity to miss if PWH didn't utilise a labyrinth shaped structure under a "castle" for Halloween week!
^ I wouldn't be too surprised if that is what they originally intending on doing, but they then thought of a way to use it through-out the rest of the year.
However, we are probably getting excited over nothing. If, once constructed, the labyrinth's themeing stretches to no more than black paint with UV sploged around, then I doubt we're looking at a very convincing horror maze.
