As part of the ongoing investment in Pleasurewood Hills, East Anglia’s favourite family theme park, on Wednesday 9 June, we launched a new £55,000 children’s playground.
The 2,200 square metre play area contains state-of-the-art slides, tunnels, bridges, climbing ladders and monkey bars, and local school Stradbroke Primary was exclusively invited to attend the opening to cut the ribbon and test out the new equipment. The school will also choose a name for the play area, which will be announced later this year.
Pleasurewood Hills is dedicated to improving and updating our facilities and the investment in this new area if the first in a number of cosmetic changes to refresh the Park. Throughout the remainder of this year visitors will continue to notice further Park improvements and we hope this excellent new facility is one of them.
£55,000 seems a bit much to me, especially as it looks cheap as chips. Though by looking at the pics in the trip report, it looks like they have doen some landscpaing, and possibly made it bigger?
So I think Josh's site for interest of content photo thingy (lol) should no include more pics of the new play area, and the old oen which has been relocated.
Also good to hear that them 'Play area' signs (trip report photos) aren't permanent, as they do look awful.
Here's Andy's photo's again:

i have a random question which is that tomorrow i might go to pwh but being an england fan i was wondering if there is any where to watch the football?
Yeah you can watch the World Cup at the park! Perhaps if you go to PWH you could ask someone what the new improvements will be throughout the season...
