If it was closed they could at least be having people working inside through the summer.

Best bit about riding this was the bat that flew out at my group as we entered the inside haha.

All discussion regarding the *potential* retheme of TotC can continue in here :)

If this turns out to be true, do we reckon this could be of a similar quality to Hobs Pit, or is it more likely to just be basic?

I very much doubt this will have happened for this season - don't forget some of us were on park for recruitment and walked right past TOTC

I take it you didn't see anything then?

It sort of makes sense that there's something going on going by the facebook 'hints', and remember there is due to be a gate price increase during the season...

It just simply looked closed for winter - it would be lovely yet I think it will in time just be flattened

Why on earth would they 'flatten' a ride that is easily changable and could be made 'new' when ever they want?

Things might have looked closed form the outside, but all the main theming is done inside the 'cave'
Maybe they've just made new boats?

OR, it's possible that picture had absolutely nothing to do with TOTC, maybe they're theming the woods/mini railway track.

Well it might not be opening until later in the year, and they could be leaving the exterior to last? After all Hyper Drive is being built, plus other bits that we don't know of.

might not even be a re-theme, they might just be fixing some of the broken bits or adding to what's currently there.
Be interesting to see if it's open this Easter.

It doesn't appear on the website, so We can only assume it's not open...

Yeah but that's just a picture, no description or name etc.

I do remember seeing it on the website recently so this is interesting...

The Map on the website is really buggy and most of the descriptions are in the wrong place and some are missing.
But TOTC seems to be absent, perhaps a glitch, or maybe it's closed this season to allow the ride operator to be allocated to Hyper drive instead. Unless 'fingers crossed' there's something going on inside.

I wouldn't ave thought they'd keep a ride closed all season because of staff numbers.

If it really is closed, then something will be going on with it.

^ The map isn't an issue, it's the fact that the ride has been removed from the website that makes us believe it won't open.

What makes you think it will?

Why not? It's not exactly much of a loss to the ride line up with it in the state that it's in.

You say that, but TOTC usually has a decent queue for it.

Really? Aside from the Chills, I can't recall seeing it with long queues.

And lets face it, any long queue would be a result of the awful capacity!

It only looks popular because it has about two boats which can't be filled to capacity in case they bloody sink!
