24/07/17 - New look map for summer 2017

Pleasurewood Hills have recently released a new look map in time for the busy summer season. The map includes the new ride for 2017, Rootin' Tootin' Target Trail and some additional information not featured on previous versions of the map.

Check out a SUPER-SIZED version of the map here.

Interesting to note that all of the rides towards the former Rattlesnake end of the park open at midday.

That would be dodgems balloon rays and the boats?

This is sad news, don't like the idea of operational cutbacks at PWH  :(

The ride logos on the map is a nice touch, and it looks like the old Palladium has become Tonys Bar...? Random name.... XD

wow id thought fireball would at least be open all day, one of their more popular rides.
Maybe that'll change during the school holidays?   i can understand dodgems and balloon rays being closed for he first two hours, probs don't get too busy that time in the morning.

Yeah especially now the Snake is redundant. I'm surprised that area even exists tbh. It really brings the park down, even with the improvements they made this year. It's better yeah, but as Andy said in his vlog, it looks like the Dodgems were taken out of a skip...

Also, it's odd how there's no mention of the birthday barn or the new indoor play area, i guess that's being delayed until next year maybe? Everything in that tip corner of the map has been removed, making it look very sparse.

Where is the Birthday barn located?
I guess the play area wont be open this summer.

What ever happened to the clown slide??

As I understand it, the play area is due to happen October/November time.

Are they perhaps banking on the fact that most people make their way around the park in a certain direction and end up in that area last?

Clown slide has gone and the Birthday Barn is the seating area in the old Tearooms.

So what's happened to the actual out door play area that was next to the Merry Mariner?

I'm surprised the Birthday Barn isn't featured on the map!

i don't know what they would want to get rid of the slide.. it was ideal space filler, plus i did a lot of work on that ;)

Maybe the other play area as been combined with the other one? it seems odd because if there's an indoor pay area id thought they would have an outside one next to it, make it easier for people to enjoy the whole lot.
